Founder Program
You're good at the work. I'll handle the business around it.
This is for people early in their career with a skill and no roadmap — no idea how to form a company, open a business bank account, build a site, or get anyone to find them. I've done all of it dozens of times. Let's do yours.
What I handle
The whole administrative and digital side
- LLC formation and the paperwork that comes with it
- EIN registration and business banking setup
- A real website — designed, built, hosted and maintained
- Branding basics: name, logo direction, how you present
- Google Business Profile, maps and local search presence
- Digital marketing: SEO, content, social and paid ads
- Ongoing upkeep so nothing quietly breaks six months in
What you handle
Your craft, and your customers
- Doing the actual work and taking care of customers
- Pricing and delivering your service well
- Telling me what's happening on the ground so marketing matches reality

The deal
20% of profits. No monthly bill.
I don't want a retainer from someone who hasn't made their first dollar yet. I take a 20% share of profits and I own everything on the digital marketing side for as long as we work together. If the business doesn't make money, I don't get paid — which is exactly the incentive you want in a partner.
How it goes
From idea to an operating business.
01
We talk
A straight conversation about what you want to sell, who buys it, and whether there's a business here. If there isn't, I'll tell you.
02
We set it up
LLC, EIN, banking, brand basics. You end up with a legitimate business entity instead of a good intention.
03
We build the front door
Website, hosting, listings, tracking. Everything a customer touches before they call you.
04
We turn on demand
SEO, content, social, paid ads. I run it and keep running it — this is the part most first-timers never get right alone.
05
We grow it together
I stay on the digital side permanently and take 20% of profits. When you make more, I make more. That's the whole alignment.
Is this you?
A good fit looks like this.
- You can actually deliver a service people pay for
- You're early — no entity, no site, no marketing
- You'd rather have a partner than a vendor
- You'll show up consistently for your own business
